The subject of the order is the provision of services in the possibility of using scientific and research equipment in the form of servers available in the form of a cloud of the following specification:
- CPU cores of servers with a clock speed of min. 2.3GHz,> 50 threads,> 50 cores.
- RAM allocation - up to 50GB
- Virtual servers - 1 piece
- Disk space allocation: up to 1.0T
- Disk space for data backup: up to 1.0T
- Dedicated online access to the Internet
- Primary connection with guaranteed bandwidth: min. 15Mb / s
- Network protection parameters: ddos protection in a certified server room, certified routers, eg Netasq, Stormshield or similar, internal, validated security policy
In addition, the Employer requires that the selected service provider during the contract period meet the following conditions:
- Ensuring the availability of scientific research equipment (servers) at a minimum level of 99.7% on a monthly basis
- Provided dedicated administrative support for technical issues available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Provided the ability to smoothly scale computing power
- Ensure that data is backed up automatically
- Ensuring the physical protection of the apparatus
- Providing a panel for server management
- Providing e-mail and telephone communication.
Schedule of the contract:
The order will be implemented in the period from October 7, 2017 to September 30, 2018.

The selected supplier should have available resources to perform the contract related to this tender
Additional conditions:
Only contractors who perform the subject of the contract in the scope and on the terms described in this inquiry may participate in the tender procedure, express the will to conclude the contract with the Employers and are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings due to the existence of a conflict of interests.
Conditions for changing the contract:
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of changing the provisions of the concluded contract in the following scope: subject of the contract, remuneration, performance deadline, contracting authority and contractor responsibilities, scope of liability, irrelevant contract changes, if such need arises from the Financing or Intermediate Body as well as the Employer or service provider will be indicated in the annex amending the provisions of the contract.
Criteria for the evaluation of the offers awarded and a description of how to award the points
The awarding entity will evaluate the tenders that are not subject to exclusion, and will assign appropriate point values according to the following criteria for the evaluation of offers and rules for awarding points:
- Financial criterion (price) - weight 40 points with 100 in total (the lowest price from offers received = 40 points)
- Substantive criterion (technical parameters of the apparatus higher than the minimum required in this announcement = 20 points, 24/7 service = 10 points, ensuring the availability of equipment at the level of 99.7% = 30 points) - weight 60 points with 100 in total
The Employer will choose the most advantageous offer, that is, the one that will receive the highest point value.
Exclusions:
In order to avoid conflicts of interest, public procurement, with the exception of sectoral orders, granted by the beneficiary can not be granted to entities related to it personally or financially. In order to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion, the selected service provider is required to sign an appropriate statement truthfully. In addition, potential service providers who do not meet the conditions for participation in the procedure, have not submitted a correctly filled offer, or have submitted an offer after the deadline are also subject to exclusion. In order to confirm the fulfillment of this condition, the potential contractor should fulfill the declaration on not being subject to exclusion in the form as at the end of this announcement.
