Our goal is to create and develop the best quality products that optimally meet the requirements and needs of our clients. That is why we use modern solutions, both in the software production, its testing and making available to our clients.

Our software is comprehensive, efficient, and friendly in everyday work, thanks to the ergonomics of the user interface, to which we pay special attention in the process of creating and developing products. We pay special attention to security of our software as all our systems are available through a standard web browser.

The software that we create and provide to clients is highly rated for quality, comprehensiveness, adaptation to the expectations and requirements of a given sector, as well as ergonomics and ease of use. Our goal is to create and develop the best quality products that optimally meet the requirements and needs of our clients. That is why we use modern solutions, both in the software production, its testing and making available to our clients.

SaaS model

We provide our software to clients in the modern SaaS model (from English "Software as a Service"), i.e. in the service model.
In the "Software as a service" model that we use at NOVO Technologies, the client pays virtually only two fees: an implementation fee and a subscription fee for access to the software via a standard web browser. The subscription includes not only the use of software, but also server rooms, servers, databases and services necessary to effective use the software via the Internet.

The SaaS model usually results in a significant reduction in the total cost of using the software compared to the "traditional" IT model, because the client does not pay separately for software, services, expensive IT infrastructure, and/or for expanding the IT team.

The SaaS model also allows for significantly faster and easier use of world-class optimal processes (business, management, accounting, administrative etc. depending on the type of application) contained in the SaaS offer than the "traditional" IT model in which the client had to manage many elements alone , and implementations are long and risky.

Our clients benefit from this because they receive relatively fast, low-cost and low-risk software containing optimal business processes

Security

We use an increased level of data security in all of our IT products.

System security from the level of the software itself, in addition to the standard requirements as to the length and variety of characters in the system access password, blocking access after 3 unsuccessful attempts, limited time of the user session or support for SSL certificates, also includes additional measures like verifying the system user directly from database level, not the system interface itself. This solution significantly increases the level of data protection. The software automatically registers every login to the database and saves detailed information about each of them.

Technical and organizational conditions for data security entrusted to us by clients are implemented in one of the best data centers in Poland, having data center facilities in several places in our country. The standard security of the server infrastructure that we use includes:

  • two spaced apart data center locations, with the possibility of restoring data and launching the technical platform in the second center in the event of complete destruction of the first data center,
  • full protection in accordance with generally recognized high standards of physical protection in this type of facilities,
  • redundant system of guaranteed power supply for data centers (2 independent power sources, independent power generator),
  • full air conditioning of rooms, with protection in case of failure,
  • a separate network for secure VPN data transmission,
  • internet connection with guaranteed bandwidth (min. 2 independent suppliers),
  • high class network protection through a hardware and software platform,
  • regular, automatic data back-ups,
